"My Saudi Arabian Boss Abused Me in the Morning, His Wife in the Afternoon, and Their Sons in the Evening – I Felt Like I Was in Hell," Sad as Kenyan Lady Reveals Her Shocking Ordeal

Speaking in an interview with Tales Extra, a Kenyan woman who previously worked in Saudi Arabia opened up about the painful and difficult experiences she went through while working abroad.

She explained that she had travelled in search of better job opportunities, hoping to improve her life and support her family back in Kenya. However, she said that what awaited her was far from what she expected, turning into a distressing ordeal.

According to her account, the abuse began immediately after she started working. She claimed that the entire household, including her employer’s family, mistreated her on a daily basis.

“It felt like I was in hell,” she said.

She further described how the abuse followed a pattern each day. In the mornings, her employer would verbally assault her and sometimes slap her.

In the afternoon, his wife would continue the mistreatment, while in the evening, their sons would also join in the abuse.

She also revealed that two months before her contract ended, her employer refused to pay her salary, insisting that the money would instead be used to cover her stay, including food and other basic needs.

Despite the harsh treatment, she said she chose not to raise complaints since she was close to completing her contract.

After eventually returning to Kenya, she made a firm decision never to seek work in Saudi Arabia again.

Her experience sheds light on the difficult and often hidden struggles faced by some domestic workers abroad, where hopes for a better life can sometimes turn into painful realities.
