Reports indicate that the teacher was informed by neighbors that his wife had allegedly been unfaithful, a claim that emotionally affected him deeply.
It is said that he later received a call from a neighbor urging him to hurry home, claiming that a man had been seen entering his house.
Disturbed by the information, the teacher left his school duties and rushed home to find out what was happening.
However, upon arriving, he did not find any man in the house. When he confronted his wife, she denied the allegations, insisting that no one had visited and suggesting that the neighbor had misled him.
Even after the explanation, the matter reportedly continued to trouble him. He later went back to school and proceeded with his evening lessons as usual.
After completing his work, he is said to have stopped at a nearby bar where he consumed alcohol before heading home later.
In a shocking development, the teacher allegedly used a hacksaw to cut off both of his legs. He was then rushed to hospital in critical condition as people tried to save his life.
Witnesses claim he stated that he carried out the act as a form of punishment directed at his wife over the alleged cheating.
