A moment of panic unfolded after a military helicopter carrying Israeli President Isaac Herzog was forced to make an emergency landing following a bird strike during a scheduled flight.
According to reports, the helicopter was transporting President Herzog from an official memorial event when it collided with a flock of birds while in the air. Following the impact, the flight crew immediately followed safety procedures and landed the aircraft safely at Palmachim Air Base.
