In Kericho County, a 27-year-old lady has left many Kenyans talking after she openly complained about her parents’ behaviour at home. The lady said she often feels very uncomfortable because of how her father and mother behave in front of her. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.
According to her, the situation has been happening for some time and it has now made her feel uneasy in her own home.
Speaking in a video statement, the lady identified as Lydia said that every morning when they sit in the living room before breakfast, her father often shows romantic love to her mother.
She explained that her dad sometimes demonstrates how much he loves her mum in a very close and emotional way, even when she is present. Lydia said this has become a daily habit, and because of that, she is now starting to feel jealous and uncomfortable.
Lydia added that what her parents are doing is not fair to her. She said that as much as she respects their marriage and love for each other, they should also respect her presence in the house.
According to her, such romantic moments should be shared when she is not around so that she does not feel awkward or disturbed.
Her video has since gone viral on social media, attracting mixed reactions from Kenyans. Some people found her complaint funny, while others said she should understand that her parents are simply expressing love in their marriage.
