“Kaeni Rada Na Sisi,” Shock as Nairobi Twin Sisters Warn Men Who Are Hitting on Them, Say They Are HIV Positive and Have Infected Many

A video shared on TikTok by two twin sisters living in Nairobi County has caused mixed reactions online after they warned Kenyan men who have been showing romantic interest in them.

In the video, the two sisters told men to stay away from them and stop pursuing relationships with them.

In their message, the twins said that many people only look at beauty when choosing partners, but they do not take time to understand what a person may be going through inside.

They advised people to be more careful and think deeply before getting into relationships.

The sisters further claimed in the video that they are HIV positive and said that they may have exposed some past partners to the virus.

However, these claims have not been verified by any medical or official source, and they only shared them through their social media account.

They also said that at the moment they are not interested in starting any romantic relationship with anyone.

Instead, they said they want to focus on seeking medical help and beginning proper treatment to improve their health and live responsibly.

Their confession and warning quickly went viral, leaving many social media users shocked and confused.

Some people expressed concern while others questioned why such personal health information was being shared publicly.

The video has continued to spark strong debate online about relationships, responsibility, and social media behavior.
