There was drama in Donyo market, Nairobi County, on Sunday after a butcher was reportedly found selling what shocked residents who now claim could be human flesh disguised as beef.
According to reports circulating on social media, the butcher had been selling the meat to unsuspecting customers while claiming it was normal cow meat. The allegations quickly sparked panic in the area after suspicions began to rise over the nature of the meat being sold.
Witnesses further claim that the situation escalated when the butcher attempted to flee the scene after being confronted by angry residents.
