Fifty Kenyans who were arrested after allegedly disrupting a public event attended by President William Ruto have been charged in a Kajiado court and released on bond of Ksh 100,000 each.
According to reports presented in court on Tuesday, the group was accused of causing disruption after chanting the popular political slogan “wantam” during the President’s event held within Kajiado County.
