Kila Mwanaume Ananitaka: Shock as Former Catholic Nun Speaks Out After Dismissal, Reveals She Has Received Over 8000 Marriage Proposals

Kinse Shako Annastasia, a former member of the Congregation of Mother of Perpetual Help of the Archangels Sisters, has once again drawn public attention after opening up about her dismissal from religious service, her personal life, and her future plans.

Annastasia first went viral in late 2025 after she publicly accused some priests of making inappropriate advances toward religious sisters.

Following these claims, which she shared on social media, she was dismissed from the congregation.

She even posted her dismissal letter online, showing that she was given a token payment of about KSh 8,600 after leaving the convent.

The former nun insists that her removal was linked to her refusal to take part in actions that went against her vows and personal values.

She says she chose honesty and integrity despite the consequences, and she remains hopeful that the truth about her situation will eventually come out.

Originally from Nigeria, Annastasia has since undergone a major personal transformation after leaving religious life. She has adopted a new fashion style, very different from the long dresses and head coverings she once wore as a nun.

Her new look has attracted mixed reactions online, with some praising her confidence while others express surprise at the change.

She also revealed that she has received more than 8000 marriage proposals since leaving the convent but has turned all of them down.

According to her, she is open to marriage but not in a hurry, as she is looking for a partner who is loving, humble, patient, and faithful.

Annastasia emphasized that she values prayer, peace, forgiveness, and personal growth. She says she wants a relationship built on shared values rather than power or control.

Her story continues to spark debate online, with many people following her journey as a symbol of courage, resilience, and self-determination.
