Sad as Truphena Muthoni Suddenly Falls Sick While Attempting Another 'Hug the Earth' Challenge in Water; Blood Reportedly Coming From Her Nose and Mouth

There was concern among members of the public after Kenyan Guinness World Record hopeful, Truphena Muthoni, suddenly fell sick while attempting another endurance challenge.

According to information shared on social media, Muthoni collapsed while sitting inside a lake during the activity.

Muthoni had started the challenge on Monday morning. She had earlier explained that staying in cold water for long hours was part of her effort to test her body. She said the challenge was meant to help strengthen her muscles, improve blood circulation, and build endurance.

Some people supported her determination, while others raised concerns about the possible health risks. However, later in the evening, the situation changed. People who were present at the scene reportedly noticed that she was becoming weak.

Witnesses said there was panic after it became clear that she was in distress.

Reports indicate that she may have experienced bleeding from the nose and mouth before she was removed from the water. She was then taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention. By the time of this report, there was no official update on her condition.

Some observers believe that staying in cold water for extended periods may have contributed to the incident.

Health experts often warn that such activities can be risky if not properly managed. The incident has now sparked discussion online, with many people urging caution when taking part in extreme challenges.
