"Huyu kweli anajua baba yangu ni nani," Sad as Boda Boda Rider Faints After Senior Officer's Daughter Assaults Him for Admiring Her

On Saturday in Nakuru County, residents were left in shock after a boda boda rider was reportedly assaulted by a young woman said to be the daughter of a senior government officer.

According to reports, the incident happened when the woman was walking with a friend. The boda boda rider approached her to express his admiration and interest in her. What seemed like a simple interaction quickly turned violent.

The woman allegedly slapped the rider, accusing him of being poorly dressed and embarrassing her in public. Her friend reportedly joined in, and the rider was beaten so badly that he fainted on the ground.

Eyewitnesses say other boda boda riders later arrived to help the injured man and escorted him away. The woman and her friend left the scene in a car shortly after.

Many residents have expressed concern over gender-based violence, especially when it happens in public and no authority intervenes.

The incident has sparked conversations about respect, public safety, and how such cases should be handled fairly.

Local leaders have urged witnesses to speak up when such events occur to prevent further incidents and ensure justice is served. Meanwhile, the boda boda rider is reportedly receiving medical attention.
