As reported by reliable sources on social media, a group of ODM MPs has sent a strong message to Deputy President Kithure Kindiki.
In a statement, the lawmakers said that the reason for the cooperation between ODM and the Kenya Kwanza government was to secure the Deputy President seat.
The MPs claimed that Oburu Odinga is tired of waiting to take over the position and feels that 2027 is too far away. They also revealed the day they plan to bring an impeachment motion against DP Kindiki in Parliament.
According to the statement, the MPs plan to start the impeachment process next year in January. They said Oburu Odinga will then act as Deputy President until 2032.
They further indicated that after 2032, Oburu Odinga will be endorsed as President and could rule for the next ten years.
