On Monday, Kenyans were shocked after a young lady from Kisumu, Irene Odhiambo, 21, openly admitted that she had fallen deeply in love with Francis Atwoli, the COTU boss.
Her revelation quickly sparked discussions across social media, leaving many people surprised and curious about her bold confession.
In a statement she made to the media, Odhiambo did not hide any detail about her personal life. She confessed that she is HIV positive, but said that her health condition does not stop her from expressing her feelings for Atwoli.
“Being HIV positive is part of my life, but my heart chooses who it loves. I love Francis Atwoli, and I am not afraid to say it,” she said.
Odhiambo went on to reveal that she dreams of marrying Atwoli and is even ready to become his wife. She expressed her willingness to have children with him if he wishes, adding that she would do anything to make the COTU boss happy.
“I will be very happy if he accepts me as another wife. I am ready to give him children and love him fully,” she stated.
