A statement allegedly attributed to Senator Karen Nyamu on Saturday has sparked widespread reactions after she reportedly called on the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to move swiftly and arrest Siaya Governor James Orengo and Embakasi East MP Babu Owino.

According to the alleged remarks circulating online, Nyamu accused the two leaders of disrespecting President William Ruto and allegedly encouraging young people to participate in demonstrations across the country.
