Residents of Kiambu County were left speechless after a bizarre incident involving a woman who allegedly believed she had permanently gotten rid of her husband during a bitter property dispute, only for the man to unexpectedly return accompanied by officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
According to reports circulating in the area, the couple had been engaged in a long-standing disagreement over ownership of several family assets. Neighbors claimed the husband suddenly disappeared months ago, prompting speculation and rumors that something terrible had happened to him.
The woman, who had reportedly assumed she would never see her husband again, was going about her normal duties when a vehicle carrying DCI officers pulled into the compound.
