In the now widely shared clip, the woman, who appears emotional and remorseful, is heard allegedly confessing to having intentionally infected patients while working at different health facilities. 

The claims, which have not been independently verified, sparked heated reactions online as many questioned whether the video was genuine or scripted for attention.

At one point in the video, the woman allegedly says, “Musinione nikiwa mrembo hivi, nimepeleka wengi Sayuni,” before breaking down and asking Kenyans to forgive her for the pain she claims to have caused over the years.

According to the viral clip, the woman further alleges that she infected more than 2,500 patients, a statement that has triggered fear, anger, and concern among social media users. 

However, no official statement has yet been released by health authorities regarding the authenticity of the allegations circulating online.

Many Kenyans online expressed disbelief, with some demanding immediate investigations to establish the truth behind the shocking claims. Others warned netizens against spreading unverified information before authorities confirm the matter.

Some social media users also noted that similar viral confession videos have previously turned out to be fake, scripted, or created for clout chasing, urging the public to remain cautious.

The video has continued to trend across different platforms, attracting thousands of comments and reactions from concerned Kenyans.
