"I Was Framed for Defiling My Daughter, and No Test Was Conducted to Prove the Allegations," Pastor Reveals from Kamiti Prison (VIDEO)

A local pastor identified as Gideon Mulwa has shared a painful story from prison, claiming that he was wrongly accused of defiling his own daughter. Speaking while in Kamiti Prison, the pastor said that his arrest came after he refused to give police officers a bribe of Ksh 70,000 for his release. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

According to him, the officers tried to force him into paying the money, but he stood his ground, insisting that he was innocent.

In his statement, Pastor Mulwa explained that before his arrest, he was a businessman in Nairobi. He said his business was doing well and growing fast, something he believes attracted jealousy from his rivals.

He claimed that some people who were not happy with his success planned to destroy his life by setting him up in a serious case that would land him in prison.

The pastor further narrated that one day, while he was at his shop, police officers suddenly arrived holding his daughter by the hand. He said they accused him on the spot of defiling her.

Confused and shocked, he tried to understand what was happening, but the officers did not give him a chance to explain himself. Instead, they handcuffed him and took him straight to the police station.

While at the station, Pastor Mulwa claimed that the officers demanded Ksh 70,000 from him so that they could release him. However, he refused to pay, saying he had done nothing wrong. Because of his refusal, he was taken to court the following day to face the charges.

He also alleged that he was not given a fair chance to defend himself in court. According to him, no proper medical tests were conducted to prove the allegations made against him.

Despite this, the court went ahead and sentenced him to 47 years in prison, a decision that he says completely changed his life.

Pastor Mulwa added that he still does not understand how his own daughter was involved in the case or how his alleged rivals managed to use the situation against him.

His story has touched many Kenyans, with some now calling on the authorities to reopen the case and carry out fresh investigations to establish the truth.
