"Ni Jirani Aliniambia Niseme Hivyo," Shock as 27-Year-Old Woman Walks Into Court and Admits to Framing Her Father for Defilement

A shocking incident has emerged from Kakamega County after a 27-year-old woman walked into a local court on Friday and admitted that she had made false accusations against her own father.

The woman revealed that her claims led to her father being jailed for 70 years, a sentence that has now raised serious concerns after her confession. In her statement before the court, the woman, identified as Moreen Masiro, said that what she had earlier said about her father was not true.

She explained that her father had a disagreement with a neighbor, and the neighbor had vowed to teach him a lesson. According to her, this is how the whole situation began.

Moreen told the court that the neighbor later sent children to secretly call her to her home. When she arrived, the neighbor allegedly offered her Ksh 900 and instructed her to falsely accuse her father of defilement.

The neighbor also promised to give her an additional Ksh 100 once her father was jailed. Due to the financial temptation, she agreed to the plan.

She admitted that after receiving the money, she went ahead and gave false statements in court, which led to her father being convicted and sentenced to 70 years in prison.

The revelation left many people in court shocked, as it showed how an innocent man may have suffered due to false claims.

However, the woman told the court that she now deeply regrets her actions. She said she is asking the court to forgive her and reconsider the case so that her father can get justice.

She expressed remorse, saying she did not fully understand the consequences of her actions at the time.

The incident has sparked strong reactions among Kenyans, with many condemning the woman for her actions.

Some questioned how she could allow her own father to be jailed based on false accusations, while others called for strict action to be taken against those who give false testimonies in court.

The case continues to raise important questions about justice and the impact of false accusations.
