"Hope Hiyo Ball si Yangu," Shock as Vihiga Man Worried After His Stepmother Became Pregnant; Kenyans React

A man from Vihiga County has shocked many people on social media after expressing his worry and confusion after his steomother reportedly became pregnant. His unusual statement has gone viral and has attracted mixed reactions from Kenyans online.

In a statement the man, identified as Mark Makeshatani Okunu, said that since his mother became pregnant, he is not feeling comfortable at all.

He said he is now thinking of leaving his home and moving to Nairobi County because of the situation at home.

He explained that his father passed away four years ago, and since then he has been living with his stepmother. He said he has been trying his best to take care of her and support her in their daily life after the death of his father.

The man further added that his biggest worry is what will happen after the child is born. He said he fears that he might be forced to take full responsibility of the new baby, even though he does not currently have a job or stable income to support such responsibilities. He said this has made him stressed and unsure of what to do next.

However, on social media, many Kenyans questioned his reaction. Some said he should not feel ashamed of his stepmother’s pregnancy and instead continue supporting her as a son.

Others said he should stay calm and face the situation at home instead of planning to flee.

The story has continued to spark debate online, with many people sharing different opinions
