“Hata Kama Amekufa Bado Nampenda,” Shock as Woman Surrenders to Police, Confesses to Killing Her Boyfriend and Seeks Forgiveness

A woman in Bungoma County has surrendered herself to police after allegedly killing her boyfriend in a domestic incident.

According to reports, the woman walked into a police station and requested to speak with officers. She then asked them to join her in prayer before reportedly making a confession about what had happened.

Police say she admitted to stabbing her boyfriend multiple times during an altercation at their home. She also claimed she struck him with a blunt object during the incident.

In her statement to officers, the woman said the disagreement began after she asked her boyfriend for money to go to the salon, but he informed her that he did not have any at that time. This reportedly led to a heated exchange between the two.

She further claimed that her boyfriend had promised to give her the money once he had it, but the situation escalated before that could happen.

The suspect also told officers that despite the incident, she still had feelings for him and pleaded for forgiveness while in custody.

However, police dismissed her request and placed her under arrest as investigations continue.

Authorities are expected to continue probing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
