The head of state, His Excellency President William Samoe Ruto, has arrived in Narok County ahead of a high-profile event.
The president landed earlier this morning using a military chopper and was warmly received by senior government officials, including Narok County Senator and ODM politician, Honorable Ledama Olekina.
