Kenya – The Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) has opened 194 job vacancies, inviting qualified Kenyans with certificate, diploma, and degree qualifications to apply for various positions.
The recruitment drive is aimed at strengthening operations at the port and improving service delivery, officials said. Successful applicants will be deployed in different departments depending on their education, skills, and experience.
"This exercise is part of ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and support the growing demands of the maritime and logistics sector," KPA stated.
The Port of Mombasa, managed by KPA, is a critical hub for trade, not only for Kenya but also for several landlocked countries in East and Central Africa.
The recruitment is expected to attract thousands of applicants, particularly young graduates and skilled professionals seeking stable employment in the public sector.
Applicants have been advised to carefully review the job requirements and submit their applications through the official channels within the stated deadline.
The exercise reflects KPA’s continued commitment to building a competent workforce capable of meeting the increasing demands of Kenya’s maritime and logistics industry.
