A 43-year-old single mother living in Nairobi has moved many people online after she broke down on TikTok on Tuesday, saying she is suffering from unusual pain following a cosmetic surgery procedure.
She said the pain started unexpectedly and has not stopped, leaving her in great worry and fear about her health condition.
In her statement, the mother explained that she decided to go for the surgery mainly to impress her 26-year-old son. She said she wanted her son to see her and believe that she was still beautiful and attractive.
She added that her main hope was to show him that she is still the most beautiful woman in his eyes and in her own view.
The mother further said that things did not go as she expected after the operation. Instead of feeling better and more confident, she now feels deep regret and confusion because her body has started reacting in a painful way that she did not anticipate.
She added that every time she tries to sleep, the pain becomes worse, and she does not understand what is happening to her body. She said she has visited several hospitals in search of help, but she has not received a clear solution so far.
The woman has now appealed to Kenyans online to pray for her so that she can recover quickly and regain her normal life again.
