RIP: Man Tortured Inside Police Cell, Head Slammed Against Wall Over Alleged Relationship With OCS Ex-Wife

A family in Ghana is mourning after their 25-year-old son died following arrest and brutal torture inside a police cell.

According to a report by TimesGhana, the man, Joseph Okelomu, was allegedly caught with a 37-year-old woman, said to be the ex-wife of the local OCS.

It is reported that Joseph was beaten by police officers who acted under the OCS’s orders. His arms and legs were broken, and his head was repeatedly slammed against the wall, leading to his death on the spot. 

After committing this horrific act, the officers reportedly dumped Joseph’s body on the roadside and filmed the scene to make it appear like an accident.

Many people have condemned the case, calling for justice. Authorities have promised to investigate, and more details are expected to follow.
