"President is Not Happy With You" – IG Douglas Kanja Receives Evening Bad News, Told What Can Happen to Him Anytime

On Tuesday evening, Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei allegedly delivered strong and unexpected remarks directed at Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja.

According to the senator, President William Ruto is not happy with how the Inspector General is currently handling his duties.

In a statement he allegedly made, the senator claimed that the President has recently expressed frustration over the conduct of the police service.

He said that concerns have been raised about how officers are managing protests and dealing with members of the public.

The senator further alleged that during a crucial private meeting, the President himself revealed what action he may take soon if the situation does not change.

According to Cherargei, the Head of State is closely monitoring how police officers are handling protests, especially in cases where innocent Kenyans are reportedly harmed.

He also claimed that the President has vowed to put pressure on the Inspector General to ensure that human rights are respected at all times.

The senator added that the President is not pleased with what he described as the misuse of tear gas against innocent wananchi during demonstrations.

Cherargei concluded by stating that it is now the responsibility of the Inspector General to make sure police officers act professionally and avoid harming citizens, in order to prevent further pressure or possible action from the President.

The claims have sparked discussion among Kenyans, as many continue to debate the conduct of police officers during recent protests.
