'500 Have Already Died’: Shock as Kenyan Lady Confesses to Infecting Over 700 Police Officers With HIV, Shows No Regret

Social media users were left shocked after a Kenyan woman made a serious confession on TikTok. The woman, identified by her username Doreen and said to be living in Mombasa, openly claimed that she has infected more than 700 police officers with HIV.

According to her statement, she alleged that around 500 of those officers have already died from the disease. Her remarks quickly spread online, drawing strong reactions from many Kenyans.

Doreen stated that she feels no regret over what happened. She said the officers were the ones who approached her and that she did not force anyone into being with her. She insisted that every relationship was by agreement.

She also advised anyone who has been involved with her in the past to visit health facilities for testing and treatment. She warned that failing to seek medical help could put their lives in serious danger.
