Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has stirred debate with his latest remarks directed at Kikuyus who are searching for a strong leader.
According to Ngunyi, the former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is already supporting them in ways that few anticipated, holding a higher position in government than many expected.
Ngunyi reminded Kikuyus that Gachagua’s rise was unexpected, suggesting that his emergence is nothing short of God’s gift to the community.
“Rigathi Gachagua came out of nowhere. Kikuyus should recognize his leadership and the opportunities he brings,” Ngunyi stated.
He further urged the Kikuyu community to focus on their current leaders instead of rushing to find a new one, emphasizing that Gachagua, as a leader from Mt. Kenya, is positioned to help alleviate their challenges.
