Chrissy Steltz's life took a heartbreaking turn in 1999 after a tragic gun accident severely damaged most of her face and left her blind. Following the incident, many believed she would not survive. Despite the pain and enormous challenges, Chrissy refused to give up.
She remained faithful in prayer, asking Jesus to give her strength, while working tirelessly to rebuild her life. She learned Braille, mastered the use of a white cane, attended a school for the blind, and gradually regained her independence.
As time passed, Chrissy found love and later started a family. In 2009, she welcomed her son into the world. Although becoming a mother brought her great joy, she longed for her child to see her face rather than the protective mask she wore to cover her injuries.
Her greatest wish was for her son to grow up recognizing her as his mother without the barrier of the mask. Get The Full Story Here.
