Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity has confirmed that one of the country's power and water desalination plants has come under attack for the second time in just two days, raising fresh concerns over the security of critical infrastructure.
According to the ministry, the latest attack sparked a fire at the power station, damaging a large number of electricity generation units. Officials said emergency response teams were deployed to contain the blaze and assess the extent of the damage.
