The Israeli military says Iran fired a barrage of missiles toward the Jordanian city of Aqaba, warning that some of the projectiles or debris from interceptions could potentially land inside Israeli territory. Air raid alerts were issued in parts of southern Israel, with authorities urging residents to remain vigilant and follow safety instructions.
Jordan also activated air raid sirens in several areas as its air defense systems responded to the incoming missiles.
