On Wednesday, a distressing video of a Kenyan woman employed in Saudi Arabia circulated widely online, leaving many viewers emotional. In the clip, she is seen visibly shaken and in tears as she narrates the harsh conditions she claims to be enduring while working abroad.
She alleges that her employer has confined her to a room and that she has gone without food for four days. The woman expressed confusion over why she is being treated in such a manner and said she fears for her safety.
