A dramatic scene unfolded at a local police station after an alleged mentally unstable man reportedly stormed into the premises carrying a container filled with what appeared to be human waste, leaving officers and members of the public in panic.

According to a video circulating widely on social media, the man walked confidently into the station while shouting at the officers.
