Fatuma Idd, a Tanzanian woman, is currently serving a 50-year prison sentence and has also been handed a death penalty in Kenya over offenses she claims she never committed.
Her ordeal reportedly began after she was arrested alongside her Kenyan husband in Loitoktok. The arrest marked the beginning of a difficult chapter that ultimately saw her end up behind bars.
