On Tuesday, reports circulating on social media indicated that a politician affiliated with the UDA party died in a tragic road incident after allegedly jumping out of his vehicle which had lost control along a road in Meru County.
According to the reports, the politician was traveling with his wife and children when the vehicle reportedly developed a mechanical problem and veered off course before colliding with a vehicle that was parked by the roadside.
Eyewitness accounts suggest that in a moment of panic, the politician attempted to jump out of the moving vehicle.
