A heartbreaking incident has been reported after an entire family from Homa Bay County lost their lives in a tragic road accident in Kericho County while transporting the body of their deceased relative home for burial.
According to reports, the family was travelling from Nairobi, where the relative had passed away, heading to Homa Bay for burial arrangements when the fatal accident occurred along the Kericho route.
Eyewitness accounts indicate that the 14-seater matatu they were travelling in reportedly lost control before colliding with another vehicle in a horrific crash that left multiple fatalities and several others injured, including a pastor who survived but sustained serious injuries.
