President William Ruto on Tuesday allegedly met a man who is suffering from an illness that caused swelling in his neck. The meeting reportedly took place as the man awaited treatment at a local hospital.
According to circulating reports, the man was scheduled for surgery to address the condition. However, the procedure had not been carried out because of delays related to the SHA system.
