In the trending video, Vusilo is seen giving instructions to his friends to cut off all his toes, claiming that he was doing so as a way of punishing his wife for her alleged infidelity. 

Those present appeared stunned by his decision, but the act reportedly continued as he insisted on carrying out the punishment.
