Shock has gripped residents after a Kisumu man identified as Vincent allegedly narrated how he now regrets cutting off his fingers in a desperate attempt to attract attention and impress Senator Edwin Sifuna.
Speaking during an interview with a local media house, Vincent emotionally claimed that he removed nine of his fingers, leaving only one, which he says he intended to use to signal President William Ruto’s “wantam” message.
