Residents of Tabora have been left in shock after a married couple was arrested over allegations of kidnapping a young girl related to the woman and demanding a huge ransom from her parents.
According to police reports, the woman and her husband allegedly abducted her Grade One niece, identified as Paulina, before hiding with her at a lodging facility as they waited for ransom money from the child's family.
Authorities revealed that the suspects had already received approximately KSh 992,795 from the girl's parents. However, they were unable to access or spend the money after detectives tracked them down and arrested them before any withdrawal could be made. Read The Full Story Here.
