Residents in Bungoma County were left in shock on Thursday evening after MP aspirant Jacob Mutijo Elias Khalwale was reportedly found dead inside his vehicle under unclear circumstances.
According to reports shared by his wife, Khalwale was in good health in the morning before he left home at around 9:30AM, saying he was heading for an important meeting.
