Breaking: Popular MP Under Fire Over Allegations of Threatening Witnesses After Relative Accused of Defiling a Blind Minor

A popular Member of Parliament from North Eastern has come under intense public scrutiny following allegations that he helped cover up a case involving a close relative who has been accused of defiling a 14-year-old blind girl. 

The MP is also accused of threatening witnesses and the victim's family after they demanded justice.

According to claims shared by activist and blogger Maverick Aoko on her Facebook page, the suspect, who reportedly serves as an assistant chief and is said to be a close relative of the MP, allegedly took advantage of the young girl after she visited his office seeking help.
