Reports circulating on social media on Sunday claimed that President William Ruto is planning a major shake-up within his administration ahead of the 2027 General Election.
According to the reports, the Head of State is allegedly considering reducing the number of Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) and Principal Secretaries (PSs) serving in his government as part of efforts to improve service delivery and enhance efficiency in key ministries.
