On Friday, a man from Vihiga County was arrested by police officers after he allegedly lured a female police officer to his house under the pretense that he would show her a large stash of bhang.
According to reports, the suspect had gone to a police station where he met the officer and convinced her to accompany him to his home, claiming that there were about 80 kilograms of bhang that needed to be inspected.
