Residents of Vihiga County were left talking on Sunday after a woman came forward with a surprising allegation against her neighbor, claiming that he has been taking advantage of her whenever she visits his house to watch television.

According to the woman, she developed a habit of visiting her neighbor's home every evening because her family does not own a television set. She explained that she enjoys watching news programs and keeping herself updated on current affairs, forcing her to seek alternative places where she can watch television.
