"Aki Heri Kukaa Bila Mikono na Miguu," Shock as Kakamega Man Reportedly Mutilated Himself After Girlfriend He Sponsored Said She Didn't Love Him (VIDEO)

Residents of Kakamega County were left in shock on Monday after a man identified as Musiria reportedly seriously injured himself following an emotional incident involving his girlfriend.

According to reports, the man became distressed after a woman he had allegedly sponsored through university publicly told him that she did not love him. Eyewitnesses claimed the remarks left him devastated and emotionally overwhelmed.

Witnesses further alleged that Musiria later went to a nearby hardware shop, bought a panga, and used it to inflict severe injuries on himself before members of the public could intervene.
