Kenyan comedian and activist Eric Omondi has opened up about the difficult experience he allegedly went through while being held in police custody after his recent arrest by officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
Omondi was released on Monday after spending the weekend behind bars. His arrest sparked widespread concern after he posted on social media claiming that he had been taken away by unidentified men who were not in police uniform and that he did not know where he was being taken.
