“Should I Pass it To Others Or Just Wait to Die?” Shock as Kikuyu Man Seeks Advice After Girlfriend Dumps Him Following HIV Infection

A man identified as Kuria Murithi has sparked heated debate on social media after claiming that his girlfriend infected him with HIV before eventually dumping him. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

In his emotional statement, Murithi said he has been living in deep distress since finding out about his status. He explained that he even stopped taking his ARVs as prescribed by doctors due to heartbreak and emotional pain. 

He further claimed that he sold family land and used part of the money to support his girlfriend, only for the relationship to end in disappointment.

Murithi added that his health has greatly changed and he feels confused about his future. In a disturbing remark, he questioned whether he should pass the virus to other people or just wait to die, saying he struggles to continue taking the medication because of its unpleasant taste.

However, his comments have attracted strong reactions online, with many Kenyans advising him not to lose hope. 

Social media users reminded him that living with HIV is not the end of life and encouraged him to return to proper medical care and consistently take his ARVs as prescribed by doctors.

Others also urged him to avoid any harmful thoughts or actions that could endanger other people, stressing the importance of responsibility and acceptance.

Many people further encouraged him to maintain a healthy diet, seek counseling, and surround himself with supportive people, saying this can help him regain strength and live a normal and productive life again.
