A touching video has emerged on social media showing a Form Four student reportedly taking her own life after her teachers allegedly destroyed three mobile phones that were found in her possession at school. According to reports, the sad incident happened on Thursday in Kapsabet, Nandi County, where school authorities allegedly discovered the phones inside the girl’s bag during a routine check. 

It is said that the teachers immediately called for a school parade and destroyed the phones in front of other students, an action that left the girl very distressed and emotional.

After the incident, the student reportedly went home feeling very disturbed and upset. It is further alleged that she later recorded a video before her death, expressing her emotional pain. 

The situation has deeply saddened many people who have since called for more understanding and care when handling students’ discipline issues.
