A viral video circulating on social media has sparked massive reactions among Kenyans after a woman from Nairobi was heard making controversial remarks about intentionally infecting young men with HIV.

In the emotional and disturbing clip, the woman is seen speaking angrily while claiming that she no longer cares about life, religion, or what people say about her.
