In the now trending clip, the woman is heard saying, “Kwani ni nini mimi sina?” while expressing frustration over how things changed after her brother settled down with his wife.

According to her, they were extremely close before the marriage, but she now feels neglected and pushed aside.

The unexpected confession immediately sparked mixed reactions among Kenyans online, with many people struggling to understand why someone would openly admit to being jealous of their own brother’s marriage.

Some social media users found the video strange and uncomfortable, while others argued that the woman was simply finding it difficult to adjust to the new family dynamics.

A section of netizens advised the lady to accept that marriage naturally changes priorities, especially when a man starts his own family.

Others, however, criticized her harshly, claiming her sentiments sounded possessive and inappropriate.

Despite the backlash, some people defended the Kisii woman, saying sibling jealousy can happen in certain families, especially where siblings grow up extremely attached to one another.

They argued that her emotions may have been misunderstood after the clip went viral online.

The viral video has continued attracting huge attention on TikTok, Facebook, and X, with thousands of Kenyans sharing different opinions about the matter.

As debates continue online, many people remain shocked by the woman’s bold confession and the emotional manner in which she expressed herself on camera.
