In the trending clip that has sparked mixed reactions across social media platforms, the lady is heard confidently explaining that she does not see anything wrong with her decision, insisting that it benefits both parties involved.
According to the landlady, many young men in Nairobi struggle to pay rent due to the tough economic situation, and she decided to help some of them in her own unique way.
The woman further claimed that whenever she assists such men, her businesses end up growing rapidly afterward. She explained that she strongly believes giving out free accommodation to men she likes somehow attracts blessings and success into her life.
“Huwa siwalipishi kodi. Kama amekubali tuwe pamoja na ameniheshimu, mimi humpa nyumba akae tu vizuri,” she said in the viral video.
She went ahead to reveal that some of the men she has helped later became financially stable and moved out to start their own lives, something she says makes her feel proud.
